The APC SYBTU1-PLP battery pack is assembled with high quality UPS Rated batteries that are designed to provide excellent performance and long life in UPS applications. The batteries meet and exceed original manufacturer specifications.

Please note, a minimum of (2) SYBTU1-PLP battery modules must be replaced at one time. Ideally, you want to replace one row, 4 modules. A single SYBTU1-PLP module will not work. Do not mix and match the pairs, both will die prematurely and your UPS system will be unreliable. At minimum 2, ideal situation is a row, 4 modules. If you have questions, please ask us.

The SYBTU1-PLP battery modules are hot swappable. Remove the old modules, slide in the new modules. The APC Smart-UPS VT, or Symmetra PX, will automatically recognize the removal of the battery modules and installation of the new ones. You do not need to adjust the settings or shut down the system when replacing these battery modules.

Our batteries are new and always fresh stock. The SYBTU1-PLP battery module is covered by our industry leading 1 year replacement warranty. Extended warranty of up to 3 years is available for your convenience. Our warranty is inclusive of shipping costs and is hassle free, the only warranty of this kind in the marketplace.

The SYBTU1-PLP module arrives complete, no assembly of the battery module is required. Replacing old exhausted battery modules will restore performance and the reliability of your mission critical UPS.
