UPS Battery Center Warranty and Returns Policy

All batteries sold by UPS Battery Center are new and covered by both a 30 day Return Policy and 1 year Warranty. You may purchase extended warranty, up to 3 years.

 

The 30-day Return Policy:

If you believe you received the wrong battery or a defective battery:

  • We will arrange to have the defective battery to be returned with no expense to you.
  • The UPS Battery Center Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a FedEx Ground label for you to use to ship the item back to us.

  • Please return the batteries in original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals and any accessories must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact and in their original positions.

  • We will ship a replacement product that is identical or better than the product being returned.

  • If we are unable to ship replacement product, we will issue a full refund including any shipping and handling costs paid at time of purchase. The credit will be made toward whatever form of payment you used when making your original purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at ­1 (888)-755-7718 or email cs@upsbatterycenter.com.


If the battery is NOT defective:

  • Customer will ship non-defective product back to us at their expense.

  • The UPS Battery Center Customer Care  team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number.

  • Please return items in original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals and any accessories must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact and in their original positions.

  • Once received in good working order, we will issue refund for original purchase price. The credit will be made toward whatever form of payment you used when making your original purchase (i.e., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refunds are not given on shipping & handling charges.

  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at ­1 (888)-755-7718 or email cs@upsbatterycenter.com.

 


The 1-year Warranty (between 31 and 365 days from date of delivery):

All our batteries are covered by a 1 year standard warranty. You may also purchase an extended warranty, up to 3 years.

If you are having technical difficulties with your item:

  • Please get in touch with the UPS Battery Center Technical Support team and explain the difficulties you are experiencing. They will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

  • If the Technical Support team cannot resolve the issue and deems the battery defective, we will ship a replacement product that is the same or better.

  • We will also arrange to ship the defective battery back to us at no cost to you.
