POLICY If you are the original purchaser who bought new or reconditioned or refurbished products directly from ExcessUPS, you may return the products in as-new condition to ExcessUPS up to 15 days after you receive them for a refund of the product purchase price if already paid. In either case, the refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your packing slip or invoice; you are responsible for those. THE REFUND OR CREDIT IS SUBJECT TO A FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) RESTOCKING FEE (PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES), UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. If you are an organization that bought the products under a written agreement with ExcessUPS, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy. PROCEDURE To return products, you must call the ExcessUPS RMA Department at 1866-311-1945 to receive a Credit Return Authorization Number. To expedite the process of your refund or credit, ExcessUPS expects you to return the products to ExcessUPS in their original packaging within 5 days of the date that ExcessUPS issues the Credit Return Authorization Number. YOU MUST PREPAY SHIPPING CHARGES AND INSURE THE SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, floppy disk(s), CD(s), power cables, serial cables, battery harnesses, batteries, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. EXCEPTIONS Products that were sold AS/IS with no warranty of any kind are not eligible for an exchange or a refund.
