The BN450M-CA UPS has to be opened in order to replace the battery. There is no battery access door on this UPS like on many other models. If you not familiar with how to take apart this UPS, take a look on YouTube, there are very helpful videos that show how to quickly and safely open up this UPS to replace the internal battery. The process is quick and easy and should take less than a few minutes to complete.
